A unique and sort after riverine bull named Bruno resides over the herd. Bruno’s Italian Strain offers great growth & large hind quarters that are low in fat & colesterole. A firmer slightly game meat is prepared from grain assisted young stock and is only supplied thru the sSs chain.

Our herd is grown to the "Tender Buff" specifications. We have recently introduced a Riverine Buffalo Bull to our herd to raise the milk content (Mozzarella) and Hybrid Vigour.

Bendemeer Buffalo is pasture fed and finished on grain for quality of meat, is guaranteed young stock and could almost be called Buffalo "Veal" or "Yearling".

Our innovative cooking techniques, cryovacing, preparation and aging are confidential and exclusive to the sSs BBQ Barns Steakhouses.
