Ironbark Brewery is a Boutique Micro Brewery, brewing beer the original way in 900 litre vats with premium yeasts, golden malts, three high quality hops, concentrated ginger, no added preservatives and minimum sugar. The brewing techniques are from a traditional style recipe with a second ferment and in 30 litre kegs of unfiltered Ale.

Its rich viscose and strong European flavours are certainly unique with a creamy head and dark golden hues. Approximately 4.5% alcohol, a "foodies" brew with a difference, naturally brewed and will complement our rich BBQ flavours. "Expect the unexpected", something very different, "A true regional ale".
